M·A·C's first mobile app was integral in the rebranding of their educational program, M·A·C Technique. The global app is broken into two parts: searching for a workshop and creating a library of classes. The app is organized per class to help students note steps, photos and products used.
Technique
M·A·C's global educational program, Technique, was updated with an iOS and Android app. Available in 22 languages, Technique allows customers to search for workshops and create an archives of classes; all in one place.
The “Workshops” section of the app allows users to search and book a class. Previously, the only way to learn of offered classes was through mail or seeing signage in a store.
Once a class is booked, an interactive facechart along with an outline of the course is added to “My Library.” These are visual and textual aids during the class.

Personalized notes, photos and videos can be added for later reference and are always accessible through a user’s Library.
